General Physiotherapy Appointments
I started Lift so that I could treat injuries in CrossFit athletes and Weightlifters in the way that we know works; through exercise and rehabilitative programming, with hands on treatment as required.
This may look a little different from Physiotherapy sessions you have had in the past, and for most people it will require you to take an active role in your own recovery; which means homework!
If this isn’t for you that’s ok, I will be able to point you in the direction of a physio that may be better suited to your needs.
