Supporting women through EVERY stage of life.

Lift was born from my passion to help and work with women.

Working as both a Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist and CrossFit Coach I often felt stuck between two worlds; the Clinic where I was able to help women with their pelvic floor concerns and injuries, and the CrossFit gym; where I could help them build strength and confidence but often wasn’t able to adequately address their pelvic floor concerns.

So I created a space where I could do both.

Services

  • Around 1 in 3 women will experience urinary incontinence, 1 in 20 will experience fecal incontinence and a staggering 1 in 2 will experience pelvic organ prolapse or some degree of pelvic pain in her lifetime.

The good news is, Pelvic Health Physiotherapists can help!

There is an ever growing body of high quality evidence for the conservative Physiotherapy management of these Pelvic Health conditions. I work with you and your wider medical team to ensure you have the information and treatment you need for the best possible outcomes.

  • Being pregnant and giving birth is one of the many amazing feats our bodies go through as women, though is something that is often not given the support it deserves.

Whether you are struggling with back and or pelvic pain, pelvic floor dysfunction or want to discuss a return to training plan - you are in the right place.

  • While this is not the main feature of my practice any more, I LOVE treating athletes in the CrossFit and Weightlifting spaces.

Injuries do NOT mean you need to stop training, but they do mean you need a Physio that understands your sport, that can create a plan that allows you to continue training all whilst rehabilitating your injury.
